BRIEF: Leading Contact Centre CC33 commissioned us to help them define their brand messaging. The objective was to attract the best new people and inspire their existing team to become even higher performers. WHAT WE DID: Following deep brand research & fact-finding, we devised CC33's innovative new 'hero message'; which was 'Be Yourself For a Living' — a program rewarding their highest-performing team with a financial investment in their personal hobbies. Staff perks are nothing new, be it high street shopping vouchers, chocolate or even a TV, but following our research, we realised that nothing motivates people more than the things they love doing when no one is looking. So, whether you're a secret bedroom DJ or fancy yourself as the next Lionel Messi, CC33 now rewards their team with hard cash to spend on their loved pastime. (CC33 requires a receipt to prove the cash wasn't blown on booze, of course)
