WHAT WE DID:
First, following deep brand research & fact-finding, we conceived CAWA coffee's first ever hero message: 'Beyond Expectations & Nicely Surprising' --the acronym of which is theB.E.A.N.S promise. Inspired by CAWA coffee's commitment to unrivalled bean quality, the B.E.A.N.S promise became their marketing centrepiece; adorning all customer touchpoints and internal/external brand comms.
Next, we created 'PLATFORM U' — the world's comfiest train station platform. Located on the station concourse, PLATFORM U is a serene meditative space for commuters to sit, reflect and enjoy a moment of calm. Accommodating one commuter at a time, PLATFORM U boasts a sumptuous Chesterfield armchair, homely carpeting, exotic plants, charging bays for mobile devices, a journal for commuters to share their daily musings.... and, if each commuter wishes, a therapeutic over-the-clothes head, neck and shoulder massage.
Naturally, given the nature of CAWA's business, indulgent pastries and silky coffees bring each commuter a finishing touch of bliss.
RESULT: Within three weeks of the campaign's launch, a reach of 2.5 million across digital and print media was achieved.
