CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS BREAKDOWN // PART 1

Client-agency relationships are rarely without turbulence.  

International wine expert & restaurant entrepreneur Ksenia Karpenko commissioned us to design and produce a mix of personal branding assets - spanning branded film, principle photography, press engagement and a media outreach campaign. We shared elements of this project with you here. 

What we didn't share, however, is the unfortunate breakdown in communication that plagued one of the filming days. Until now. We have decided to split this difficult-to-watch footage into two parts.
