WHAT WE DID: First, following deep brand research, industry analysis & fact-finding, we devised Nautilus Designs' first ever hero message — 'Better, as always' — a slogan that embodies (a) the company's 150+ year commitment to operational advancements in all areas, and (b) their tireless focus on exceptional customer service. Next, we wrote a new welcome story for their about us page — a story that places their customers at the heart of the words.
RESULT: Within two months of us conceiving 'Better, as always', Nautilus Designs' confidence-inspiring new slogan rolled out across all internal and external touchpoints — adorning corporate signage and the front cover of their elegant new product catalogue (see below). The welcome story we wrote for their 'about us' page was immediately adopted as the official CEO message, too — which makes sense, after all, our writing was inspired entirely by our many conversations with her.
